JOURNEY FLOW 2D1N WAEREBO VILLAGE

Above the Clouds, A Story of Culture and Silence

Day 1 — Labuan Bajo to Wae Rebo Village

06:00 – 07:00

Pickup from hotel or airport in Labuan Bajo and begin the overland journey.

07:00 – 12:00

Scenic drive to Denge / Dintor village with a short stop at Lembor or the iconic Spider Web Rice Fields for photos.

12:00 – 13:00

Lunch at Denge Village, the last accessible point by vehicle.

13:00 – 16:00

Trek uphill from Denge to Wae Rebo Village (approximately 3–4 hours), passing through dense forest, rivers, and mountain paths.

16:00 – 17:00

Arrival at Wae Rebo Village followed by the traditional welcoming ceremony (Waelu’u) at the chief’s house.

18:00 – 20:00

Dinner with local villagers and cultural sharing about Manggarai traditions and daily life.

20:00 – End

Overnight stay in the iconic Mbaru Niang traditional house with simple bedding and authentic village atmosphere.

Day 2 — Wae Rebo to Labuan Bajo

06:00 – 08:00

Enjoy the magical morning above the clouds, local coffee, breakfast, and explore the village surroundings.

08:00 – 11:00

Trek down from Wae Rebo back to Denge Village.

11:00 – 12:00

Short rest at Denge Village and preparation for the return journey.

12:00 – 17:00

Drive back to Labuan Bajo. End of tour.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience from booking to departure. Please review the following terms before confirming your reservation.

Reservation & Payment

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to departure.
For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), a 70% deposit is required.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Pricing & Additional Charges

A 10% surcharge applies during high season periods.
Infants (under 2 years old): Complimentary.
Toddlers (2–4 years old): 50% of the standard rate.
Children (5 years and above): Full rate applies.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is permitted up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability and must be for the same vessel.
Requests made less than 30 days prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Guest Cancellation

Cancellations made by guests are non-refundable.
Bookings may be transferred to another guest (name substitution is allowed).

Force Majeure & Safety Conditions

If cancellations are issued by local authorities due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Operator Responsibility

In case of operational issues, a replacement vessel of equal standard will be provided at no additional cost.
If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
