  • Drone flights within Komodo National Park (including Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Taka Makassar) are not guaranteed unless a drone permit is purchased.
  • For safety and operational reasons, routes and timing may adjust depending on sea conditions, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Guests are advised to follow crew guidance at all times, and any additional permits required for specific activities, including drone usage, are subject to availability and local authority approval when necessary beforehand.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience from booking to departure. Please review the following terms before confirming your reservation.

Reservation & Payment
  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to departure.
  • For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), a 70% deposit is required.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
Pricing & Additional Charges
  • A 10% surcharge applies during high season periods.
  • Infants (under 2 years old): Complimentary.
  • Toddlers (2–4 years old): 50% of the standard rate.
  • Children (5 years and above): Full rate applies.
Rescheduling Policy
  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability and must be for the same vessel.
  • Requests made less than 30 days prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Guest Cancellation
  • Cancellations made by guests are non-refundable.
  • Bookings may be transferred to another guest (name substitution is allowed).
Force Majeure & Safety Conditions
  • If cancellations are issued by local authorities due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Operator Responsibility
  • In case of operational issues, a replacement vessel of equal standard will be provided at no additional cost.
  • If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
